Refund policy

IMPORTANT: KROWN is a made-to-order brand. Every item is produced specifically for you when you place your order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.


WHAT "MADE TO ORDER" MEANS FOR RETURNS

Because each piece is printed fresh on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Minor color variations between your screen and the printed product (screens vary — this is normal)
  • Buyer's remorse

We strongly encourage you to check the size guide on every product page before ordering. When in doubt, size up.


WHAT WE FULLY COVER — NO QUESTIONS ASKED

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received (wrong design, wrong color, wrong product)
  • Items lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 30+ days)
  • Significant print quality issues (fading, cracking, misalignment)

To claim: email hello@wearkrown.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue
  3. Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)

We'll respond within 48 hours and resolve within 5 business days.


LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order:

  1. Check with neighbors and building reception
  2. Wait 3 business days (carrier delays are common)
  3. If still missing, contact us at hello@wearkrown.com within 14 days of the delivery date

We'll investigate and either reship or refund.


RETURNS PROCESS

If a return is approved (defective/wrong item only):

  • Do not ship anything back without contacting us first
  • We'll provide return instructions if needed
  • Unauthorized returns cannot be processed

REFUND TIMELINE

Once approved:

  • Replacement orders: dispatched within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds: processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
  • You'll receive email confirmation at every step

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasefor a full refund. After 24 hours, production has begun and cancellation is not possible.

To cancel: email hello@wearkrown.com immediately with subject line "CANCEL ORDER #[your number]"


SIZING RESPONSIBILITY

KROWN provides detailed size guides on every product page including chest width and length measurements in cm. Sizing is the customer's responsibility. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
