SHIPPING INFORMATION
Made-to-order preparation comes before transit.
KROWN pieces are prepared through a made-to-order model. Delivery timing therefore includes both preparation and transit, rather than beginning the moment an order is placed.
WHAT AFFECTS TIMING
- The product you select.
- The selected configuration where relevant.
- Your delivery destination and service.
- The time needed to prepare the piece before dispatch.
COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING
KROWN may automatically waive shipping on qualifying orders when the available checkout shipping rate falls within the applicable KROWN shipping allowance. Because shipping costs vary by destination and product, eligibility is calculated at checkout.
- $150+ order: shipping rates up to $19.95 may be waived.
- $300+ order: shipping rates up to $39 may be waived.
- $500+ order: shipping rates up to $78 may be waived.
When the available rate is above the applicable allowance, the remaining shipping charge is shown at checkout. This keeps shipping benefits aligned with the actual route and product profile.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available for the selected service, tracking information is provided after the order has been dispatched. If you need help locating an order, contact KROWN with your order reference.

CHANGE REQUESTS
Because a piece may move into processing after an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact KROWN as soon as possible if you need help, and we will review the request under the applicable policy.
