How each piece moves from workshop to you.
THREE LINES, THREE TIMELINES
KROWN is not one production line. Streetwear, The Relics, and The Archive are each produced by a dedicated workshop, built for that material and nothing else — fabric doesn't move at the speed of metal, and metal doesn't move at the speed of a woven sateen loom. Every timeline below is the real one for that line, not a single average number stretched to cover all three.
If your order includes more than one line, each piece ships separately, the moment it's ready, with its own tracking link. You are not waiting on your fastest piece because of your slowest one.
STREETWEAR
Cut and sewn to order. Production: 2–5 business days. Once it ships:

THE RELICS
Cast, not stamped — a genuinely different process than printing, and metal moves on its own schedule. Production: 5–8 business days. Once it ships, plan for longer than apparel — cast pieces travel through more customs checkpoints than fabric does, particularly outside North America and Europe:

Total delivery: roughly 10–20 business days depending on destination — Australia and remote regions run longer on standard shipping. Express is available at checkout on all Relics orders for anyone who can't wait out the standard window.
THE ARCHIVE
Woven, not printed. Duvet covers, sheets, and silk pieces are produced on a true sateen loom, at a pace no rush fee changes — fiber preparation, spinning, weaving, and finishing take real time because the quality is coming from the weaving itself. Production: 6–8 weeks. Once it ships:

If you're ordering an Archive piece for a specific date, order it first — everything else can be added after.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping is $7.99 across all three lines. Orders over $89 ship free, standard speed. Express is a paid upgrade, calculated at checkout by destination.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes on arrival — these are set by your country, not by KROWN, and are not included in your order total. If you're unsure what applies where you live, check with your local customs authority before ordering. If a package is returned to us because customs fees weren't paid within the local window, we're unable to issue a refund until it's physically back with us — please account for this before declining a customs charge.
TRACKING
A tracking link is emailed the moment each piece leaves its workshop — not when you place the order, since production comes first, especially for the Archive.
