MADE TO ORDER — HOW IT WORKS

Every KROWN piece is printed fresh when you order it. This means:

  • No warehouse. No dead stock. Every item is made for you.
  • Production takes 2–7 business days before your order ships
  • Total delivery time = production + shipping time

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

These are estimates after production is complete:

USA & Canada 3–4 business days

Australia & NZ 5–20 business days
Rest of World 5–20 business days

Express shipping is available for US & Canada orders only, calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Total estimated delivery: 7–27 business days worldwide.


WHERE WE SHIP FROM

Your order is fulfilled and shipped from the production facility closest to your delivery address:

  • USA — primary for US & Canada orders
  • Europe — primary for EU orders
  • UK — primary for UK orders
  • Australia — primary for AU/NZ orders
  • Canada, Japan, Brazil — regional fulfillment where applicable

This ensures the fastest possible delivery to you.


TRACKING

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after receiving your email.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by your country's government. These charges are:

  • Not included in your order total at checkout
  • The full responsibility of the customer
  • Non-refundable by KROWN

We have no control over customs delays or fees. If you're unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.


SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different facilities to reach you faster. You'll receive separate tracking numbers — this is normal and not an error.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Double-check your shipping address before completing your order. KROWN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@wearkrown.com within 24 hours of ordering.


DELAYS

Occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High volume periods (holidays, new drops)
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays outside our control

If your order hasn't moved in 30 days after shipping, contact us immediately.
