How long does shipping take?

Every piece is made fresh when you order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then ships. Total delivery time is 7–15 business days worldwide.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries. Standard shipping is $7.99. Orders over $80 ship free.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, email us and we’ll sort it out immediately.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

What does “made to order” mean?

We don’t hold stock. Every KROWN piece is produced specifically for you when you place your order. No excess. No waste. Just yours.

How do I choose the right size?

Size guides are on every product page. When in doubt, size up — our hoodies run slightly fitted.

What are the products made of?

Premium materials only — 100% ring-spun cotton tees, heavyweight fleece hoodies. Full details on each product page.

How do I care for my order?

Wash inside out, cold water, no tumble dry. This keeps the print sharp and the fabric in top condition.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for size or preference. If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email hello@wearkrown.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement right away.
