THE THREE LINES
KROWN is not one production line wearing three names. It's three genuinely different processes, each with its own material, its own timeline, and its own reason for existing.
Streetwear is cut and sewn per order — heavyweight cotton, garment-dyed, built for daily rotation.
The Relics are cast per order — metal, not stamped or printed, documented before they ship.
The Archive is woven per order — organic cotton sateen, silk, on production timelines measured in weeks, not days.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
Why does shipping time depend on what I ordered?
Because nothing at KROWN comes from a shelf. Streetwear, Relics, and Archive pieces are each produced by a dedicated workshop, built for that material and nothing else. If your order includes pieces from more than one line, each ships separately, the moment it's ready, with its own tracking link.
How long does Streetwear take?
Cut and sewn to order. Production runs 2–5 business days, then ships. Total delivery: 7–15 business days worldwide.
How long do The Relics take?
Cast, not stamped. Production runs 5–8 business days, then ships. Total delivery: 10–20 business days, longer to Australia and remote regions on standard shipping (express is available at checkout).
How long does The Archive take?
Archive pieces — duvet covers, sheets, silk, framed work — are woven on a true sateen loom, at a pace that can't be compressed with a rush fee. Production takes 6–8 weeks before an Archive piece ships. Some designs are additionally capped at 150 pieces — once a run is gone, it's retired, not reordered.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, to most countries. Standard shipping is $7.99. Orders over $89 ship free, regardless of which line they come from. Full region-by-region timelines are on our Shipping Policy page.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Possibly, depending on your country. These are set locally, not by KROWN, and aren't included in your order total. Check with your country's customs authority if you're unsure what applies before you order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is sent by email the moment each piece leaves its workshop — not when you place the order, since that's before it exists.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Count from your ship confirmation, not your order date — the production clock runs first, especially for the Archive. If it's been longer than the outer window for your region, email us and we'll sort it immediately.
MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION
What does "made to order" actually mean?
No warehouse. No stock sitting on a shelf waiting to be discounted. Every piece is produced specifically because you ordered it, by the workshop that makes that material and nothing else. Nothing is made until it's claimed.
What is the Archive made of?
100% Organic Cotton Sateen, 300 thread count. Long-staple fiber — 1.3 to 1.5 inches — carded, spun, and woven in a true sateen structure: one thread over, three under, the pattern that gives sateen its silk-like float and drape. No starch, no synthetic softening agents that rinse out after the third cycle. Read the full material record →
Why 300 thread count, and not 600 or 1000?
Sateen's floating-yarn structure already gives more surface coverage than the same count in a plain weave — 300 in true sateen reads closer to 400 in percale. Higher counts than that usually mean the yarn has been artificially twisted to hit a bigger number, which makes the fabric weaker, not better.
What is Streetwear made of?
100% ring-spun cotton for tees, heavyweight fleece for hoodies, garment-dyed pieces that develop their own character with wear. Full specs live on each product page.
What are The Relics made of?
Cast metal. Each piece is documented before it's released — a name, a number, a fragment of what's known about it.
Will the Archive shrink?
Minimal — the fabric is pre-shrunk in finishing (sanforized) to control this before it ever reaches you.
Why does the color look slightly different from the product photo?
Because it's dyed, not printed flat — natural fiber takes color differently than a screen displays it, and every batch has minor variation because it's a living process, not an industrial one.
How do I choose the right size?
Size guides live on every product page. Streetwear runs slightly fitted — size up if you're between sizes. Archive bedding follows standard dimensions, also listed per product.
How do I care for a Streetwear piece?
Wash inside out, cold water, no tumble dry. Keeps the print sharp and the fabric intact through repeated wear.
How do I care for an Archive piece?
Cold or warm wash, gentle cycle. Skip the fabric softener — it coats the fiber and mutes the sateen's natural sheen. Tumble dry low or line dry.
LIMITED PIECES & THE ARCHIVE
What does "numbered" mean?
Some Archive and Relic pieces are produced in capped runs — as few as 50 units, some up to 150 — and each one is numbered on arrival. Once a run sells through, it closes. It isn't reordered, restocked, or brought back in a different colorway later.
Will a sold-out design come back?
No. That's the point of a numbered run. Join the list to be notified when a new design enters record.
Do limited pieces ever go on sale?
No. A capped run doesn't get discounted at the end — it just ends. The only standing offer across any line is the first-order welcome discount below.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece — across all three lines — is produced specifically for you and never pulled from existing stock, we don't accept returns for size or preference. If something arrives damaged or defective, we replace it at no cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email hello@wearkrown.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I fix it?
Not automatically — since nothing sits in stock, a different size means a new production run. If you're unsure, email us before ordering.

Why does the Archive take so much longer than everything else?
Because it's a fundamentally different process, not the same process running slower. A sateen loom moves at the pace the fabric requires, and none of that compresses just because a customer wants it faster.
Why doesn't KROWN say where things are made?
Because the workshop isn't the story — the object is. What matters is what arrives: the fiber, the weave, the casting, the number on the tag. That's what we document. That's what we stand behind.
